PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

Thank you for choosing to participate in the DraftKings Rewards offer (“Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings Rewards. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. The promotional offer is valid between 1/3/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 12/31/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Members must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age to participate in this Promotion.

Eligible Jurisdictions (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”):

-Daily Fantasy: Must be physically located in most US states, Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), MA, and VA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA.

-Pick6: Must be physically located in AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and select jurisdictions in Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ AL/NE, 21+ AZ/MA/VA).

-Sportsbook: Must be physically located in AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, VA, WY, WV or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ in DC/NH/WY) (19+ in CA-ONT).

-Casino: Must be physically located in CT, MI, NJ, PA, WV, or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (19+ in CA-ONT).

-DK Horse: Must be a resident of AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MT, NY, OR, OH, PA, VA, WA, WV, and WY. Must be 18+ years of age or older (21+ AZ/IA/WA).

-Golden Nugget Online Casino: Must be physically located in MI, NJ, PA, WV, or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (19+ in CA-ONT).

-Jackpocket: Must be physically located in AZ, AR, CO, DC, ID, KS, ME, MA, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, or WV. Must be 18+ years of age or older. (19+ in NE, 21+ in AZ).

DraftKings Rewards Members (“Members”) invited to participate in this Promotion must hold Diamond Tier status as of 1/3/2026 and have re-earned their status; or Members who have newly earned Diamond Tier Status after 1/3/2026. Members must earn a minimum of 90,000 Tier Credits to gain Diamond Tier status.

Members who have been gifted Diamond Tier status through a trial or status extension are not eligible. Members who have been granted an override for Diamond Tier status are not eligible. Members who are banned, on the Self Excluded list, or in a cool down period may not be eligible for this Promotion, and DraftKings cannot contact Member. Members with a chargeback on their account are not eligible for this Promotion until such chargeback is resolved before the end of the Selection Period. Any member who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, fraud restriction, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, Members must (1) be a registered DraftKings, Golden Nugget Online Casino, or Jackpocket customer with an active account and in good-standing (i.e., no chargebacks, and not on cool-off or exclusion); (2) be an Diamond Member; (3) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; and (4) click the appropriate call-to-action link/button to claim a Bonus Reward within thirty (30) days of receiving this invitation. Members must be invited to receive this Promotion. Promotion is only valid for the intended recipient - Members who receive this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means are not eligible.

BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION

Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified Members will be redirected to the rewards landing page to view, and claim their Bonus Reward from a curated collection of items from a DraftKings partner. Members will have thirty (30) days to claim their Bonus Reward from this collection. Maximum one (1) Bonus Reward per Member.

Steps:
(1) Receive an invitation to participate in this Promotion.
(2) Opt-in via promo card.
(3) Opt-in will redirect to the rewards landing page.
(4) Browse the selection of rewards.
(5) Claim your reward.

BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS

Bonus Reward must be claimed within thirty (30) days (exactly 720 hours) of receipt of the invitation from DraftKings. All claims are final, and Members are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Members who redeem this offer are subject to the terms and conditions of the partner. Partners are not under DraftKings’ control and DraftKings will not be responsible or liable in any form for the Bonus Reward or for the content thereof. Bonus Rewards and any other services provided in connection with this Promotion do not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DraftKings of any information contained therein. In no event will DraftKings be responsible for your use of or inability to use such Bonus Reward. Access to Bonus Reward is at your own risk, and you acknowledge and understand partners may have terms and privacy policies that are different from DraftKings. DraftKings is not responsible for such provisions and expressly disclaim any liability for them.

GENERAL TERMS

Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Rewards, DraftKings Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”), will be determined by DraftKings in their sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn. All promotions are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. Account holders are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards. If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the New York State Gaming Commission.
